We have several opportunities available, permanent full-time and 12-month fixed-term full-time. Based at Cremorne two days per week and one day at Coles’ Head Office in Hawthorn East.

Partner with category teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver commercially compelling campaigns

Manage campaign performance, budgets and optimisation to maximise ROI

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive repeat investment and long-term growth

You may come from a media agency, retail media or publisher background, with demonstrated success in campaign execution, performance optimisation and driving commercial conversations that convert.

You’re confident influencing stakeholders, comfortable using data to tell a compelling sales story, and motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue outcomes.

You’ll also have:

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

A proactive, target-driven approach with strong commercial acumen

The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining sales momentum
