Catering & Community Manager
Location: Goodyear / Peoria, AZ
Compensation: $18-20 per hour + Performance-Based Commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing, outgoing, and results-driven Catering & Community Manager to serve as the face of Moe’s Southwest Grill in the Phoenix Market. This role is focused on building strong community relationships, growing brand awareness, and driving catering sales through proactive outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Build and foster relationships with schools, businesses, offices, dealerships, sports teams, hotels, and local organizations
Prospect, follow up, and grow catering accounts through outreach and partnerships
Represent Moe’s in the community through networking, local events, food drops, partnerships, and sponsorships
Collaborate with leadership to create and execute local marketing campaigns, fundraisers, and brand activations
Ensure catering orders are executed with excellence and follow up to build repeat business and loyalty
Assist in creating in-house content to support marketing efforts, such as videos, social media ideas, and promotional materials
Qualifications:
Outgoing, energetic, and people-focused personality
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Highly organized and reliable with a focus on follow-through
Sales-minded with an interest in food, hospitality, and brand-building
Prior experience in catering sales, hospitality, or community relations is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
