What You’ll Do:
✅ Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and exceed sales targets.
✅ Event Planning & Coordination: Manage all aspects of client events, from enquiry to event management, creating a seamless experience whilst capturing all client needs, communicating via detailed event orders.
✅ Client Relations: Provide exceptional service, create tailored event solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, train junior team members, and ensure smooth event execution.
✅ Market Research & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in catering, event planning, or sales in a high-end hospitality setting.
✔️ A proven track record of driving sales and managing high-profile events.
✔️ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills – you can juggle multiple events with ease.
✔️ A results-driven mindset with strong business development abilities.
✔️ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to create seamless experiences for our clients.
✔️ A passion for food and events and a desire to deliver top-tier hospitality.
