Duties
Coordinate all aspects of catering and events, including menu selection, logistics, and staffing.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages at events, ensure catering deliveries/on site caterings are on time and high quality.
Manage contracts and agreements related to catering services and event center.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the event planning team to integrate catering services seamlessly into overall event logistics.
Maintain accurate records of catering orders, client communications, and event feedback.
Experience
Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction-guest communication.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service management is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of market trends in catering and hospitality will be advantageous.
