Provide assistance in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catherizations and other related procedures.
Assist physicians with patient monitoring during procedures.
Documents evaluation results, progress reports, treatment plans and other data using appropriate formats and systems.
Responsible for ensuring that EKG equipment is in working order.
During the procedure, to monitor EKG readouts and keep the doctor apprised of anything considered abnormal.
Maintenance of the consumables such as stock, expiry dates, etc.
To keep and maintain the machines in good working condition at all times.
Reading and interpreting test procedures and explaining the procedures to patients.
Co-ordination with Consultants and organizing staff for emergencies.
