Job Title: Cath Lab Technician
Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in cath lab technician or relevant qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years.
Job Location: Narayan Medical College & Hospital, Jamuhar, Sasaram, Bihar.
Roles & Responsibility:
Coordinate emergency activities in medical emergencies or crisis situations.
Deliver evidence-based care in collaboration with inter-professional teams.
Manage admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
Manage transition of care coordination within and between teams and across settings.
Monitor near-misses and error report information and initiate improvement strategies and action plans to improve patient safety practices.
Monitor performance of nurses in patient care activities and/or delegated tasks.
Participate in clinical risk and quality improvement initiatives and activities.
Provide supervision to junior nurses in the development of individualized health education plans.
Recognize early signs and/or deterioration of patients' condition with appropriate physiological assessments and observations.
Review clinical performance of nursing students and new nurses.
Review existing infection control and prevention practices to identify areas of improvement.
Use available benchmarks to evaluate patient safety practices at the department level.
