Role Details
The Pedagogical Practice Consultant role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving excellence in teaching and learning. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced educator who can lead school improvement processes, develop and implement effective strategies, and collaborate with school leaders to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Minimum five years in senior or middle leadership of a school context.
Recent CEWA office or school-based experience with evidence of exemplary teaching.
Evidence of leading teams of people towards a common goal.
Demonstrated commitment to Quality Catholic Education and CEWA's Vision for Learning.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of current issues and research in pedagogical practice.
Ability to work effectively with school leaders, teachers, and other stakeholders.
