Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The candidate should have knowledge about caviar. As a Server, you will be responsible for serving drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will enhance their dining experience.
Responsibilities
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Serve and provide caviar dishes to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
Monitor customer consumption of ******* to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain knowledge of proper food handling practices
Qualifications
Must have caviar knowledge or sales experience in Caviar Industry
Previous experience in Server or a similar role within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
