The CBCO group is seeking an Implementation Specialist that will work closely with our business partners and be responsible for coordinating all aspects for Card and Cash Management set ups. The Implementation Specialist will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests.
The role requires you to have reasonably good understanding and working knowledge of mainframe. You would be required to work on Technical Implementation of Commercial Banking Host to Host programs and as such you will be working closely with onshore Tech teams as well as Tech teams from Clients side to build and run test scripts in UAT environment. In the process if you discover any bugs/issues, you must have the ability to write necessary codes in order to fix and troubleshoot the tech issues. Willingness to work in shifts and testing environments even though it requires technical qualification. Ability to facilitate discussions with the client to understand requirement and advice debugging solutions. Proficient in understanding technical jargons and the capability to translate to laymay terms for program administrators from client side to piece together the testing results. It's an additional advantage if the candidate has basic understanding of US and Canada treasury products.

• Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements
• Diligent awareness of risks in our processes in a timely manner
• Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner
• Manage activities with internal clients and business partners
• Recording observations & escalate wherever necessary
• Identifying items which needs Remediation & Amendments.
• Identifying gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
• Reporting/MIS
• Project Management.
