Description
The Credit Admin Manager handles the entire credit delivery and credit monitoring for CBG and WBCG customers at CBB Branches, the official also acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service also. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure efficient credit delivery and superior customer experience. The Service RM interacts with the Borrower to obtain pre-requisites for disbursement, ensures timely disbursement and facilitates post disbursement monitoring by liaising with the Borrower
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for scrutiny and provides the pre-requisites for documentation and wherever required gets documents vetted by Law Department.
• In case of takeover/ facility under MBA, seek credit opinion report from transferor bank
• Ensures compliance and conduct scrutiny of following pre-disbursement activities: Compliance of KYC Guidelines & obtains AOFPreparation of Documentation as per extant Bank GuidelinesExecution of Documents by Borrowers/ Guarantors/ Mortgagors by ensuring its correctnessCreation/Perfection of SecurityCompliance of pre-disbursement covenants
• Post execution of documents ensures Providing documentation certificate and KYC confirmation to CLOP Team for activation of limit nodes & opening of accountsProper account opening, limit node verification and correctness of ROI.Filing of Charge with Registering Authorities viz., ROC, CERSAI, SRO, etc.,Conduct of search post filing of charge, obtaining reports for recordsRecovery of fees as stipulated in sanction/ Bank's schedule of charges & ensure Nil Income LeakageCreation/ updating of collaterals and required fields in FinacleUpdating of PSC web-page wherever creation of security is pendingScanning & uploading of documents in CBO Repository
• Responsible for the preparation of disbursement notes and disbursement of facilities.
• Accord credit approval for Trade Finance transactions
• Prepare AOD on renewal of limits and get executed through SRM and keep executed AODs in safe custody
• Handle various audits and arrange for compliance of adverse observation
• Responsible for conducting the legal audit
• Ensure TAT maintenance and adherence to SLA
