Job Description
The Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are responsible for providing service to fulfill the needs of existing as well as potential customers. CSOs are required to identify and handle sales opportunities, process customer transactions quickly and efficiently, and introduce customers to alternate channels wherever possible. CSOs will be required to use their inter-personal skills to build business relationships with the potential customers
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure timely delivery of customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met
• Coordinate with Service RM/Credit Delivery Official/CLOP/Concurrent Auditors to complete Audit of AOF/KYC of Corporate Borrowers.
• Coordinate with CLOP and Service RM for signature scanning, account activation and Re-KYC of Corporate Borrowers
• Handle payments made to vendors for valuation/TSR/ROC search/Inspection etc. by liaising with CAPHUB
• Scrutinize and process application of CA firms/Architects for empanelment with Bank
• Process the required transactions (fund transfers, cheques etc) efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's rules - internal guidelines, processes and procedures
• Responsible for improving the Internal Audit Operational Efficiency score of the branch by timely completion of assigned tasks on continuous basis.
• Protecting the Bank's property as per safety norms and ensuring ethical conduct in ordinary course of business.
• Responsible for Reconciliation of FAM and scrutiny of transaction in staff accounts
Qualifications:

• Graduation from a recognized institute
