Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue.
Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses.
The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Transformation & Simplification Business Associate is a position within the JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services leadership team. The position requires a results-focused, influential and process-disciplined leader with a strong technical acumen to deliver against an extensive future-state roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Simplification Excellence
• Receive and develop briefs from the business and using our internal data, combined with other data sources to provide a holistic view of the data available.
• Belong to the Dashboard & Analytics Sprint team responsible for end-to-end delivery of a product to deliver value to stakeholders
• Liaise with key stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and develop dashboards, accordingly, then regularly gather feedback to optimize existing dashboards.
• Bring your individual expertise to the Sprint to deliver at pace using short cycles of experimentation with a 'fail-fast-learn-fast' attitude.
• Participate in all Sprint ceremonies and events, raising impediments as soon as identified to facilitate delivery
• Inspect and adapt your way of working for continuous improvement.
• Embody an Agile mindset and culture to contribute to the growth in agile maturity of our business
• Be an autonomous, trusted decision maker able to self-organize use your knowledge
