• Exposure to Oracle ORMB - Oracle Revenue Billing Management Application or Oracle Customer Care Billing (CCB)
• Strong hands on experience in Product Implementation of at least one Banking Solution ( eg : Temenos, Finacle)
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis and Documentation, Development of Use Cases,
• Knowledge of BA tools like UML, Microsoft Visio, ARIS Business Designer, Blueprint Requirements Center,
• Assisting in Business Case, GAP Analysis. facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
• Strong Banking Financial Services Domain knowledge with hands on Core Banking Products like Temenos, Finacle.
• At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem Definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Excellent Communication Skills, Stakeholder management.
• Candidate must conduct knowledge sharing sessions across functional teams.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Critical thinking abilities is a must.
