The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan.
You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams.
This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Responsibilities :
The Senior Executive Marketing will be responsible for the strategic positioning of MeduLance's marketing functionings including :
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
Work with partners to manage the PR of the company
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with a marketing agency and other vendors
Co-ordinating with Zonal level officials to drive Marketing programs at Micro Levels.
To ensure that the company's achievements, milestones, new launches and its success stories are communicated with passion, creativity and impact through various communication channels.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience of working with Healthcare will be preferred.
