In the Risk Execution and Strategy team you will be part of a User Acceptance Testing team that supports an ongoing execution and implementation of business critical strategic initiatives, enabling in running a world-class organization through sound governance practices and impactful content, disciplined project and solutions delivery and business management.

Job Responsibilities

This role will support testing and implementation of business critical strategies to mitigate frauds and provide better customer experience
Understanding the intent of a business requirement
Formulating test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved
Simulation and execution of business scenario in UAT environment
Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status
Ensuring testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate
Share process enhancements, automation and innovation related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum 4 years of professional experience related to financial services, risk management or compliance
Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scripts
Experience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the task
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel , writing and executing queries in SQL
Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Experience with mainframe screens, business rules engines .
Understanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processing
Experience with risk processing (Credit and Fraud detection and loss prevention)
Experience in automation using VBA, Selenium (JAVA) or python.
