CCB Treasury Liquidity Controller - Vice President Description Treasury is a function within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance organization that supports senior leadership in actively managing their balance sheet, Capital and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management (ALM) which includes Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR), across the respective lines of business. The CCB Treasury Controllers team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of Treasury financials and controls, communicating CCB views of monthly and quarterly forecasts and actuals, annual budget/mid-year reporting and stress testing (CCAR/ICAAP/Risk Appetite). It is a unique and critical mix of reporting, analytics and project management in an ever-changing regulatory environment The Vice President position will join the CCB Treasury Controllers team as the CCB Liquidity Controller responsible for: Managing liquidity reporting for all CCB lines of business including daily, monthly actuals and quarter end close Promoting a robust control environment and maintaining well-controlled reporting processes Acting as liaison with lines of business (LOB) Controllers, P&A, Treasury/CIO, CCB Treasury Analytics, Capital & Liquidity Management and CFO groups on liquidity policy and stress framework changes in addition to broader firmwide and senior management deliverables Working in CCB Treasury Controllers will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in an area of the Firm that covers the spectrum of asset classes & financial/banking products. The position offers visibility into various products across the bank as well as the unique opportunity to understand firm initiatives from a broad perspective. There is extensive partnership with colleagues within the various lines of businesses and Corporate functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical field 15+years of relevant work experience in a related finance or treasury function Self-starting leader with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables Strong judgment, professional maturity, proactive, has the confidence to challenge the status quo and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously Excellent communication and partnering skills, ability to interact with employees at all tenure levels and work with a team to accomplish common goals Control/efficiency mindset and drive to challenge and change Adaptableto changeand ambiguity in the work environment Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of retail banking and products, a plus Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Tableau would be an added advantage Salary Grade / Level 603
