• Job Position:CCE (Call Centre Executive) - BPO/Tele Sales

• Job location: Noida One Tech Park, Sector 62, Noida
• Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and explaining about the platform and on boarding them. inbound / outbound & Chats
- Understanding customers; issues / queries and solve them efficiently
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets Minimum
• Qualification & Required Skills:
- Any UG with an experience of a minimum of 0-1 in an inbound / outbound call center with excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Upselling skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Multilingual)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- English, Hindi & any South Indian language is mandatory
• Workday: Monday to Saturday
• Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
• Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
