About the Opportunity
As the Clinical Nurse Educator for Central Coast Health at Home, you’ll provide clinical leadership education and training to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care across the service
In this role you will:
Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs that contribute to workforce development
Promote a culture of learning and development.
Provide expert clinical advice, mentorship, and education to support the professional growth of staff.

About You
You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and empowering others to deliver high-quality care. You bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division
Relevant postgraduate qualification in clinical practice or education, or equivalent experience
Extensive recent clinical experience appropriate to the specialty area
Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education and an understanding of adult learning and assessment principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using clinical and education-related technology
A collaborative approach to working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
An understanding of CCLHD’s Caring for the Coast vision and how this role contributes to it
