CCO On-Boarding Engineer Position Overview Job Title: Product Manager Location: Pune Our Data and Analytics (D&A) group, within Deutsche Bank's (DB's) Chief Data Office (CDO), is working with cutting-edge technology to transform the way we work. This role is part of the D&A Product Management function About the role: Product Owners are responsible for being the voice of the customer and co-ordinating across the engineering, architecture and operations groups to develop the roadmap and meet client requirements and deliverables. Work closely with internal clients to plan and prioritize in line with expectation and needs. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities Your skills and experience: Around 15+ years of engineering product delivery background in relevant technologies ( Python, data analytics technologies) 3+ years' experience and aptitude in architecture and design of reliable and performant platform services with data focus strategic thinking 7+ years' Experience leading delivery as a product manager or owner (agile-style) and willingness to operate in a matrix management role (no direct reports) Experience performing related product management functions such as budget, vendor management, business owner engagement, communication and presentations Prefer cloud experience delivering large scale multi-region cloud data solutions, on GCP alternative experience considered (AWS, Azure, various levels of experience) certifications a plus How we'll support you: Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression About us and our teams Please visit our company website for further information: Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
