Job Title : Remote CCTV Monitoring Officer

Working Hours : 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM UK Time

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant Remote CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring a network of CCTV cameras during the UK night shift remotely from India.

Your primary duties will involve observing real-time footage, identifying any suspicious activities, and reporting incidents to the appropriate personnel.

This position is critical in ensuring the security and safety of our assets and facilities during out-of-hours.

Key Responsibilities :
• Real-Time Monitoring : Continuously monitor live feeds from various CCTV cameras to ensure all areas are secure.
• Incident Detection : Quickly identify and assess any unusual or suspicious activities, such as unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Reporting : Document and report incidents or irregularities to the relevant parties promptly. Provide detailed descriptions and evidence when necessary.
• Communication : Liaise with on-site security personnel and law enforcement if required. Ensure clear and effective communication regarding any potential security threats.
• System Management : Maintain familiarity with CCTV systems and software. Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
• Compliance : Adhere to all security protocols and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all monitored activities and incidents for future reference and analysis.

Requirements :
• Experience : Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills : Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze footage and identify potential security threats.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to report incidents clearly and concisely.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CCTV systems and related software. Basic troubleshooting skills for minor technical issues.
• Availability : Willingness to work night shifts from 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM UK Time.
• Reliability : High level of integrity and dependability. Ability to remain alert and focused during night hours.
