Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join our team. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
• Mount cameras, run and secure cabling, and set up monitoring equipment to establish an effective CCTV system.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV systems, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure DVRs, NVRs, and related recording devices for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with clients to educate them on system operation, provide technical support, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for reference and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10th pass; additional technical certifications or relevant coursework in electronics or security systems preferred.
• Proven experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong understanding of CCTV equipment, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated hardware and software.
• Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
