Roles & Responsibilities for Technician (IT Hardware & Networking )
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects.
Support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all IT hardware.
Provide support in developing energy conservation and management programs
Manage repair and maintenance requests promptly.
Address customer complaints in timely and accurate manner.
Conduct routine maintenances of electrical and mechanical systems.
Good Knowledge of CCTV & Surveillance system.
Excellent multitasking skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill.
