• Assist with the configuration, support of network assets, including servicing Installing and repairing CCTV/Access Control components, cameras, access control system, and various other security components ·
• Must have previous experience in troubleshooting /service/ installing security cameras in a retail environment ,Strong technical domain experience required.
• Basic knowledge of networks and network switching preferred Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction and flexible to work in heights. ·
• Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and guests,
• Travel will be required from time to time
• Teach customers how to use their equipment properly.
• Handling cabling issues(strong knowledge in cabling),Testing and terminating coaxial, fiber, network cable as need for analog and IP based CCTV
