Job Description
CCTV (closed-circuit television) Technician is responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV camera systems and their associated components. They must have excellent technical skills, knowledge of various software, and a keen eye for detail when it comes to wiring and cabling connections.
CCTV Technicians require both technical and interpersonal skills to succeed in their role.
Technical:Knowledge and experience in cameras, wiring and cabling, IT networking principles, network configuration protocols, CCTV maintenance, and surveillance setup.
Interpersonal:Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and an organized approach to tasks.
