Key Responsibilities:
- System Installation: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and associated hardware. Video Door Phone Intercom would be added advantage.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems and components efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their CCTV systems are functioning correctly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and system configurations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations and maintenance work adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Networking (Optional): Utilize basic knowledge of computer networking to assist with system integration and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience working with CCTV systems, including installation and troubleshooting. Experience in a similar technical role is desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components, wiring, and connections.
- Familiarity with CCTV system components such as cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and cabling.
- Basic understanding of computer networking principles is a significant advantage.
