LOCAL DRIVER Position
Knoxville TN To Lousville KY ROUND TRIP
10 Hour Reset at Home in Knoxville TN or Louisville KY
Must Have 1 year Experince for this Position, Internet and Phone, no more than 1 Ticket in past 3 years and 0 accidents.
5 Days or 6 days work Daily 490 Miles
Hiring Company Drivers and Owner Operators for this Route
Must be able to use 7/3 or 8/2 split sleeper berth so that load always on time
Position is 1099
Weekly Schedule:
5 or 6 days work ( Sunday and Monday off or one Day off)
Pickup in Knoxville, TN evening/night shift
Deliver in Lousville KY,
Drive empty back to Knoxville, TN
Total Round Trip Miles: 490 miles (245 miles one way loaded and empty back)
5 Days work= 2450 miles ( can be 6 days )
Rate 60 cents Per mile

Competitive Pay:
TEAM OTR Drivers: Up to $0.85/mile (based on experience and record)
Pay Match Program: Show us your current/previous company paystub and we’ll pay you $0.03–$0.05/mile more than you’re making now. Whatever your current pay rate and mileage pay is, we will overbid it to make sure you earn more here.
Stable Runs: After showing results, we’ll place you on dedicated lanes based on where you live
Light Loads Only: Maximum 25,000 lbs – no heavy 40k+ loads, keeping you safer and reducing truck wear. Dry Van only ( no double, no hazmat).
Bonuses & Benefits:
$500 No-Violation Level 1 Inspection Bonus – unlimited (voluntary inspections possible, meaning you could earn up to $3,500/week from inspections alone)
$5,000 Loyalty Bonus after 104 safe working weeks
We Match Teammates: If you’re solo now, we’ll match you with a co-driver so you can run team immediately
Weekly Pay (every Monday)
Fully Equipped Freightliner New Cascadia Trucks – fridge, microwave, straps, safety vests, company shirts
Onboarding Reimbursement: Orientation is in Orlando, FL – we will reimburse ticket costs for travel
We may have trucks in your state, allowing most of the onboarding process to be done online, with final road tests and peer-to-peer orientation completed in Florida
Safety Comes First:
No mountain states like WY, CO, MT, etc.
No NYC deliveries and no far Northeast states like ME, VT, NH
Focus on safe lanes and avoiding risky routes or overloaded freight

We will not send you to states not listed in our network. You can choose between:

Even if you are an experienced professional driver, we still do not prefer using roads in Montana, Colorado, or Wyoming etc. — Safety is our priority.
Important:
We do not hire solo drivers for regular operations
Solo positions are available only in rare cases when we have specific dedicated lanes in certain states

Qualifications
CDL-A with at least 3 months of OTR experience
Must have a phone with holder/mount (no cup holder/chair use)
Must have internet access for ELD
No accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 1 ticket in the last 3 years
Must know 7/3 or 8/2 split sleeper berth rules to keep loads on time
No DUI or Reckless Driving
Valid DOT medical card
Must pass road and drug tests
Position is 1099 only
