Job Description
Hiring CDL- A Local Drivers! Home Daily, Dedicated Customer.
We are hiring QUALIFIED CDL drivers. We are looking for drivers with no recent safety terminations, good clean MVR (1 MINOR ticket last 3 years (NO speeding 15+ or improper lane change) / 0 prev acc in last 1 year (if co put it on your record and it was NOT ruled by police as not at fault you were at fault) and also no DUIS in last 5 years + NO failed drug tests last 5 years.
Also, your experience MUST be verifiable (no cash jobs, no co out of business (unless have tax docs ready to provide to them to verify), and the company MUST have a DOT #/MC # and shows under authority when you were working for them to count the exp. If you only have one job and it is not verifiable (cell phone #s don't count) then it will not count as experience.
Home Time & Information
• Home Time: Daily
• Both Day/Night Shift - Sun-Thur, Tue-Sat
• Weekend Work: Yes
• Lane Information: Runs Bay area north and south on i-5 into Reno Nevada Area
• Drop and Hook Freight
• Set 2 Days off per week
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of
• Must have held a US driver's license for the last 12 consecutive months
• Must have hazmat 30-60 days after hire
Pay
• Average Earnings Per Week: $1,300
• $0.63-$0.70 CPM
• Start: $0.63 CPM
• 6 Months Experience: $0.64 CPM
• 1 Year Experience: $0.65 CPM
• 18 Months Experience: $0.66
• 2 Years Experience: $0.67 CPM
• 3 Years Experience: $0.68 CPM
• 4 Years Experience: $0.6+ CPM
• 5+ Years Experience: $0.70 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15

Accidents/Incidents
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years (ex. Jackknife, overturn, etc.)
• Incidents - No more than 3 preventable incidents in the past 2 years.
• The combination of all preventable accidents and incidents in the last 2 years may not exceed 3.
• Accident and incident history will be reviewed by the corporate safety and hiring teams.
• All at fault rear end accidents are a 1 year DQ.
Max Number Of Jobs In The Last 3 Years
• CDL Holder - No more than 4 Driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 termination in the last 5 years for safety, can't be last employer
• Non CDL Holder - No more than 12 months unemployment in the last 3 years
DUI/DWI - What is the max number and what time frames do they need to fall outside of?
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred wile they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit.
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit.
• No multiple DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle
Drug/Substance Test
• Hair & urine testing
• No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused tests in the past 10 years if the incident occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit.
• No drug related conviction within the last 5 years
• No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused tests within the past 5 years if the incident occurred prior to getting CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit.
• No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused test in a commercial vehicle ever.
• Must be able to pass a urine and hair test
Terminated Applicants
• Must not have been terminated from Last Driving Job for any reason
• Must not have been terminated from more than 1 employer in 5 years for poor safety record or theft
• No more than 2 Terminations from ANY employer in the past 5 years
Criminal Requirements
• No Drug Related Convictions in past 5 years - All felonies and misdemeanors relating to , drugs, violence, or theft will be individually reviewed by Corporate Security.
• 30+ speeding ticket is a DQ in the last 3 years
• Must have Accident Report for ALL accidents in the last 5 Years that are listed on Reports
• Must have Copy of Original Ticket for ALL Tickets in last 3 years that are listed on Reports that are NOT specifically Defined by the Reports
• Will review License Suspensions
