With increasing focus on CRM deployments, visibility & usage there is a requirement for dedicated resource for managing these activities. Staff will be responsible for engaging with different stakeholders such as Regional ATM Team, Branch Banking, Outsourced Vendors, Marketing, BTG /IT etc Key Responsibility Areas : - 8 Performance Standards (6-8 per KRA) Areas Track & drive improvement in usage Regular portfolio review to put in place action plan for low transacting terminals • Constant engagement with regional WBO, RBB for driving improvement at underperforming terminals • Repository and publishing MIS relating to Pan India terminals covering usage related KRIs • Track key parameters related to CRM such as % of cash recycled and % of teller deposit migration • Handle critical aspects such as fixing and tracking deposit limits, customer charging, tracking and resolving exceptions impacting usage etc Improving Visibility & Customer Engaging with marketing for launching campaigns adoption Engaging with marketing for dispatch and deployment of Marketing collaterals. • Follow up with Branches and ATM team to ensure completion of deployment activities. • Maintaining MIS for marketing collateral management • Driving physical marketing activities centrally • Preparation of training material for branches, regional WBO units etc CRM Process management Jointly with process & functional units implement process related changes on cash recyclers for improving parameters with respect to usage, customer experience, reconciliation, cash management & availability to customer • Implement measures and process changes for increasing mix of cash recyclers in overall ATM fleet for the bank Educational Qualifications & Certifications Key Skills (Required for the role - examples listed below) (Required for the Role - Examples shared) - Graduation: Bachelor's degree / Post Banking Product & Process Knowledge Graduate Planning and Organizing Skills - MIS management: - Communication Experience Required: (Number of years of experience, exposure to particular role to be shared - example below) • Minimum experience in years 2 yrs • Exposure to Banking Products : (preferred) Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties : Examples listed below) • Regional WBO channel • Branch Banking • IT / Infra / Admin/BTG • Marketing • Service Providers Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹640,000.00 per year Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Internet reimbursement Schedule: • Day shift • Morning shift Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: - total work: 3 years (preferred
