Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services , for complex contracts, are delivered to the requirements of BT’s Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls are met.
Your accountabilities
The CDM Support Role will be responsible for a number of the following activities:
Preparing Weekly & Monthly Resource Reconciliation reportS.
Analysis & validating and managing exceptions, Highlighting to the contract team and helping to get resolutions.
Managing and reporting for all internal contract resource costs including forecast and variance management, resource on and off-boarding, etc.
Alignment of resources under project code.
Tracking of resource movement into another contracts or leaving BT performed.
Deactivation of access into project code for leaver and re alignment into another project code if resources are moving into different contract.
Skills required
Numerate
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, excellent email writing skills.
Good Communication.
Experience
