FOLLOWING FIFO METHOD.
15 DAYS PURCHASE ORDER.
MONITORING AND DIRECTING OVERALL FOOD PREPARATION PROCESS.
HIRING AND TRAINING KITCHEN STAFF.
DAILY CONNECT WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT (WAITERS) REGARDING PERISHABLE ITEMS.
MENU PLANNING AND UPGRADING EVERY 3 MONTHS.
FULL FLEDGE CATERING & CANTEEN SERVICES INDIAN AND CHINESE CUISINE. (MOULDING STAFF AS PER REQUIREMENT)
EOD REPORT OF FOOD CONSUMED AND IN STOCK. (EVERYDAY)
DAILY ROUTINE CHECKLIST FOR EVERY STAFF.
ALL MENU ITEMS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. IF IN WORST CASE IT IS NOT, SHOULD PRIOR INFORMED TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
