This is a great opportunity to take the exciting next step in your hospitality career and work as part of the Kitchen team within Surya Hotels. We're looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join us.

Step inside and the accent is on classic comfort, from the stylish restaurant and bar to the +6 spacious, light-filled bedrooms. A high-spec spa and pool meanwhile invite relaxation – or invigoration in the Hog’s Back Leisure Club gym. The location could hardly be better. Historic Guildford and the Surrey Hills are on your doorstep, and some of the UK’s leading attractions are a short hop by car, from Legoland and royal Windsor to the thrills of Thorpe Park.
We are looking for an enthusiastic CDP Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service;
Your responsibilities will include:
· Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
· Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
· To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!
· Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
About you:
· Passionate about food and mouth watering taste combinations
. Determined to deliver the best results, regardless of pressure
· A team player, who values input from others
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Willing to share ideas around improving the customer’s experience- whether that's creating a new sauce or praciticng your knoife skills!
