Urgently Hiring For Chef de Partie (CDP) in a multi-cuisine kitchen who is responsible for overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring the smooth preparation and presentation of dishes across various cuisines. The role requires excellent culinary expertise in multiple cooking styles and an understanding of diverse ingredient requirements.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated section in the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces, etc.) for multi-cuisine preparation.
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure ingredients are stocked, rotated, and used efficiently.
- Work with inventory teams to track and order supplies, ensuring mínimal waste and cost control.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, other departments, and management, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Key Skills:
- Expertise in multi-cuisine food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
