CEC-Relationship Officer Customer Engagement (ROCE)-BRANCH BANKING-RO-CE

Job Responsibilities:
• Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category – A priority customers.
• Sources new bank customers through Lead generation model and responsible for conversion from external field support
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
• Cross sells bank products to existing set of customers.
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives prospective and existing clients through different Product Managers
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Writte
• Flair for Sales
• Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with +hours shift
• Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
• attitude & works with integrity
• Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
• Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate with 4 -6 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2 -4 years of experience
• Certified in AMFI/IRDA
