The Role
We’re looking for a Celebrity / Talent Management Executive who understands the world of entertainment, influencer culture, and brand collabs. In this role, you’ll manage talent relationships, coordinate campaigns, and serve as the go-to person between celebrities and brands. Think of yourself as part publicist, part strategist, part hype squad.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with celebrity clients and their teams
• Build strong relationships with talent, PR reps, managers, and brands
• Match talent with brand campaigns based on fit, audience, and vibe
• Handle end-to-end execution of collaborations—from briefing to delivery
• Work closely with internal strategy and creative teams to align talent with campaign goals
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with talent and brand stakeholders
• Monitor ongoing industry trends, pop culture, and emerging talent
• Maintain talent databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in talent management, celebrity coordination, PR, or influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of the entertainment and social media landscape
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with high-profile individuals and managing multiple stakeholders
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
