NOW HIRING FOR CaseMogul Repair Centre

At CaseMogul we provide one of Canada’s largest selections of mobile phone cases, flawless and quick applications of screen protectors, and on-the-spot mobile repairs in less than 1 hour.

We are GROWING! We started with 1 store and now we operate 8 retail locations in Calgary, Alberta (Chinook Centre, South Centre, Market Mall, Pacific Place Mall, Bow Valley Square Downtown, Cross Iron Mills, Marlboro Mall, and Beltline area), 1 location in Fort McMurray (Peter Pond Mall) and 4 locations in Vancouver, BC (Metrotown, Central City, Guildford, Richmond Mall).

Job Description

Customer Service

Be customer facing as the support representative for the HQ repair store, answering customer inquiries via email, phone call, or in-store

Assist the team in mitigating pressurized situations by proactively lending assistance and working as a team player

Operations

Staying up-to-date with detailed knowledge on new and existing repairs

Work with and learn from Repair Lead on how to solve more complex repairs as required

Act as a communication liaison and technical support for retail stores as required

Keep work station cleaned and organized for a safety and comfortable working environment

Device repair

Execute repairs to CaseMogul’s standard of exemplary accuracy, efficiency, and quality

Communicate throughout the repair process to ensure excellent customers service and to avoid accidents/issues from occurring

Exercise multi-tasking and maintain a high level of execution on multiple repairs at the same time

Employee Development

Assist inprovidingtraining, coaching, and feedback to Retail Repair Team by following the repair training SOP Guide.

Requirements

1 year of retail experience

1 year of inventory managment experience

Must speak fluent English

Must have existing knowledge of all Apple and Samsung devices that are sold in Canada

Must have full-time availability up to 40 hours per week

Wants to grow with the company

Training:

We will provide hands-on training to all new employees (initial repair knowledge is an asset but not required)

Important: If there is repair training needed for the new candidate, the starting hourly salary will be $15.
