No experience In Phone Repair. No problem — we’ll train the right person!
Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and great with people? We’re hiring a Customer-Focused Cell Phone Technician to join our growing team in Chilliwack. You'll handle both repairs and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
Manage day to day business processes
Greet customers and listen to their concerns
Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other small electronics
Clearly explain issues and solutions in simple terms
Keep workstations and the front counter clean and organized
Handle check-ins, payments, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in technology and how things work
Mechanically abilities- no formal training required
A helpful, friendly, and professional attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Strong work ethic
