Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: upto 6.50 LPA
Responsibilities
1. You will be a frontline manager, responsible to manage, hire, train and ramp a team of highly talented Sales Development Representatives /Academic counsellors
2. The Manager is responsible for generating new business for the organization.
3. Prime focused on brand building and collaborations for business promotions.
4. Conduct programs/campaigns, and sales operations to elevate our business
5. You will be expected to take intelligent risks while driving initiatives to meet common organizational goals
6. Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellence.
7. Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive new business through inbound/outbound Demand Generation
8. Achieve targets and report it a timely ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
3. Strong leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Training center management: 3 years (Required)
