Education : Any Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 3 yrs into sales/lead generation/ marketing/admission counselling (preschool experience preferred)
We are looking for passionate people to work with us as Principal. This position will be responsible for the day to day activities of the Centre and will ensure that the Centre function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
She will be responsible for driving revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centre.
Converting Inquiry into admissions
Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaigns in their territory
Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and
in-centre activity
Staff Retention
Comfortable with the given KRA’s/ New Strategies
Parent Engagement
Academic Implementation
Visiting existing parents for child’s development
Revenue Maximization
Sales
Profile:
Excellent English Communication, Will be responsible for revenue growth, mentor and lead a team, constantly innovate,
Admissions, Counselling, Team Handling
Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills.
