Center Manager | Insurance
Primary Role:
• To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
• Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
• Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
• Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management.
• Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
• Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
Secondary Role:
• Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
• Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
Required Candidate profile:
1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance product.
2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
3. Team handling experience candidate preferred.
4. Must have Sales Attitude.
5. Willingness to travel wherever required.

Salary: ₹345,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
