This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning in your city. Your (CSA) role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJUs personalized learning journey. You (CSA) will be working 6 days a week with Mondays being week-off. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of Center Sales. Please download the BYJUs Learning App to understand the magic of the BYJUs courses which has been widely accepted not just across thousands of towns in India but by millions of users across the globe. Center Sales Associate - Center Sales

Training Period- 2 weeks
STIPEND:
Stipend for the total 2 weeks of the training program is Rs. 8000 (including deductions)
(If the program is discontinued / extended due to any reason the assured sum will be
compensated on a pro rata basis)
On completion training, you (Applicant) will be in probation for a month, Salary will be Rs. 16,500 (except Bangalore)
Post successful completion of probation period, you may move to CSA role with:
Metro locations CTC: 8.5 LPA (5.5 + 3 variable pay)
Non- Metro CTC: 7.5 LPA (4.5 + 3 variable pay)
Failure to fulfill the company’s expectations in terms of performance, behavioral aspects,
and skill set in OJT program, will result in immediate dismissal from the Program.

Applicant should have a laptop in working condition
