Job Description
Looking for a driven candidate with experience in banking sector and exposure in executing digital and automation journeys/ projects. Candidate should have strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills.
1. Requirement gathering, building roadmaps and preparing detailed BRD
2. Review FSD and share feedback
3. Track project until positive closure ensuring business objective/s are met effectively
4. Liaising with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product, Business, Branch Operations and Central Operations team for effective and timely execution of projects undertaken
5. Stakeholder management
6. Ensuring timely updates shared with Leadership in the form of PPT and Dashboards
7. Participate in UAT testing and share observations along with documentation with development team, ensuring projects are rolled out within planned timelines
8. Analyse performance of rolled out projects through MIS reports and analytical tools
+. Managing vendors
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Experience working in LOS/ LMS/ CBS/ CRM applications will be an added advantage
Experience required: 3-5 years
Educational qualification: MBA or equivalent
