About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a Central Government Organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Employment Law and previous employment litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice on Employment Law matters
Conduct settlement negotiations with opposing representatives
Pursue employment-based litigation in courts, appeals, and tribunals
Interview witnesses and record witness statements
Requirements
A qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience
Deep understanding of Employment Law and Litigation principles
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
A proven track record of managing a busy litigation caseload with autonomy
Strong drafting and written abilities
