Job Responsibility This is a full-time on-site role. The Site In charge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of mechanised housekeeping :Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the temple premises.Inspecting the cleanliness of various areas within the temple, including the main shrine, prayer halls, restrooms, and outdoor spacesDeveloping cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.Ordering and supervising the use of cleaning supplies and equipmentTraining and guiding housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.Collaborating with the maintenance team to address any repair or maintenance issues within the temple premises.Reporting to the temple management on a regular basis about the cleanliness and maintenance status.Must have prior knowledge in the use of cleaning devices including sweeper machines and other cleaning equipment. Qualifications Knowledge of Machine Based HousekeepingAttention to detail of related field.Knowledge of Temple Housekeeping.Supervising and managing a team of Housekeeping staff is also desirable.ExperienceMinimum 10 years experience in mechanised housekeeping or facility management, preferably in a temple or religious institution setting, is preferred.
