Job Description
Responsible for meeting the Unit’s targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. ·
Support and facilitate the Unit in areas of Sales management, Quality & Training, Complaints management, Operations, Audit & Compliance, Staffing, Infra & Admin to meet the set objectives. ·
Build and lead a team of Supervisors to consistently excel in areas of service, sales and quality by leading by example & ensuring high levels of motivation amongst the team members. ·
Enhance business and income generation through balance build up and cross-selling appropriate products to the portfolio customers. ·
Responsible for managing, training and motivating staff. ·
Drive the unit to increase the digital penetration. ·
Drive the unit effective relationship management and adequate management of the complaints
