Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Center Head to lead our preschool operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preschool management, staff supervision, parent interaction, and enrollment growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning.
Ensure the implementation of the theme-based curriculum and learning programs.
Maintain high levels of student engagement, safety, and parent satisfaction.
Drive admissions and meet enrolment targets through local marketing initiatives.
Monitor staff performance, training, and motivation.
Handle parent interactions, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per preschool guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, lead a team, and manage school operations efficiently.
Experience in admissions, budgeting, and event planning is a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for early childhood education and student development
Preferred Skills
Experience in a branded preschool environment
Knowledge of safety standards in early learning centers
