Job description
• Patient Billing & invoice generation
• Payment collection on Practo POS machine.
• Issue receipts / Invoice for received payments.
• Feedback collection from patients.
• Keep an accurate record of patient appointments & Procedures
• Day-end Consultation & Transaction Reconciliation (Revenue Recognition)
• Calls patients in case of Cancelled appointments / Reschedule / No Shows
• Provide regular, accurate reports on billing data
• Securely handle patient data and payment information
• Inventory Check
• Willingness to travel across the designed zone based on the request
Required Skills
Experience as Billing Specialist
Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel & G Sheet.
Proficiency in English & preferred local language
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
