About You
As our new Centre Manager, you will:
Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care
Passionate and impactful leader with a focus on children and educators
Inspires teams to deliver exceptional learning environments
Empowers educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity
Builds strong connections with families and supports teams through open, thoughtful communication

What You’ll Bring:
You'll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
A current Working with Children Check
Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
A warm, approachable and professional manner
You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
