About the Position
Post Title: Multiple Opening in Uttarakhand and UP for a Road Safety Project
Position: Centre Manager – Citizen Engagement
Experience: 1 – 5 Yrs. – Desirable, Freshers can also apply.
Qualifications: A graduate in any discipline (Prior experience of working with government officials or prior experience of working in the social sector on grassroot level will be given preference)
Number of openings: 07
Location: Multiple (Meerut, Roorkee, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Haldwani, Kashipur)
CTC: 2.60 – 3.50 LPA
The Partnership Associate - Citizen Program is a position to plan and execute partnerships and engagement avenues with Corporates, Commercial Establishments, NGOs, CSR Foundation, Transport Unions, Government Departments & Academic Institutions (Universities & Colleges). This is a collaboration effort to push for a short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) on Road Safety for the target audience which will create a sustainable social impact at scale.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Manage the Centre (70%)
Set up the Driver Sensitization Tab – Lab in the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facilityTravel extensively in their geographical region to partner with relevant organizations and coordinate with their POCs to schedule & organize the short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) on Anti-Drink & Driving.Liason with the SPOC of the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facility for seamlessly conducting the Workshops and maintain good relations for long term partnershipsNudge and mobilize the drivers to take part in the Behavioural Change Workshop and Organize them in batchesEnsure all the Tablet devices are well functioned and maintained properlyEnsuring the completion of online course by the target audience while engaging with them.
Engagement and facilitation (20%)
Facilitate the workshop with the Partnership organizations.project-related related content for training and facilitationDesign assessments and learner’s feedback
Project management (10%)
Ensure delivery of projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality.Manage and monitor team members in the ProjectManage large databases and records of project focal points for better coordination and implementation.Performs other duties as assigned by the senior team members.
The above-mentioned responsibilities give a broader overview but certainly not limited to.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
A graduate in any discipline (Prior experience of working with government officials or prior experience of working in the social sector on grassroot level will be given preference)
Desirable
The applicant should be fluent in Hindi/respective State Regional language with Written, Spoken and Reading abilityThe applicant should have prior experience in Social Development projects or in relevant settings such as Teaching/Counselling
