We are looking for a Centre Manager cum Content Writer for our organization Delhi Academy of Medical Science Pvt Ltd (DAMS) located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and must be male.
As a Centre Manager cum Content Writer, your main responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the daily operations of the nursing coaching institute. You will be in charge of coordinating class schedules, faculty sessions, and student batch management. Handling student inquiries, enrollment processes, and providing support for academic and administrative concerns will also be part of your role.
To enhance student experience and institutional efficiency, you will need to develop and implement operational strategies. Additionally, creating well-researched, engaging, and student-friendly content for nursing aspirants will be a key aspect of your job. This will involve developing study materials, articles, and blog posts related to nursing subjects and competitive exams.
Collaboration with faculty and subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning materials is essential. You will also be responsible for setting up studio equipment for video lectures, live sessions, and online classes. Basic video editing tasks, image editing, and creation of promotional materials for marketing and branding purposes will be part of your duties.
Moreover, ensuring seamless technical operations during live streaming, recorded sessions, and online student interactions is crucial. You will need to coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot minor technical issues related to digital learning platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, Management, or a related field. Strong content writing skills with a flair for academic and technical writing are required. Experience in education management, coaching institute administration, or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person at our institute in Jaipur.
