What you will be doing?
As Manager – Centre of Excellence, Data Annotation/Computer Vision solutions, your work will play
a high-impact role in shaping the solutions and services at FiveS Digital. As part of CEO's office, you
will be working directly with the CEO and the board, enabling the future of AI-driven enterprise
applications, supporting data supply and training requirements for the machine learning models, led
by data annotation and labelling. You will be responsible for exploring and partnering with best in
class platforms/solutions companies/sources along the data supply chain. You would enable the
business to:
arrive at a decision to build/borrow/buy, build solutions, land new contracts, manage
projects with area expertise in AI/ML/NLP/CV space.
Responsibilities:
• Explore and evaluate trends, platforms, solutions, demand in market for AI/ML/NLP/CV
applications
• Build industry wise trend/adoption heatmap. Build rapport and connections with the
influencers, decision makers, execution experts in relevant industries to understand the
problem statements and potential solutions
• Forge right partnerships or approach to buy/borrow/build solutions for repeatability
• To be able to conceptualise and write solution architecture or document, understanding
user/stakeholder asks, considering first principles approach
• Talk to potential and existing clients, identify their pain points. Work with internal and
external stakeholders to solve problem, build scale, efficiencies, enabling clients and their
business use case to be met effectively
• Be a subject matter expert on Data pipelines: 2D, 3D – segmentation, poly lines, LiDAR, etc
wrt accuracy and scale. To be able to build an end-to-end project approach for new
customers
• Potentially work with Machine Learning model building / customisation platforms, to deliver
high quality applications leveraging technology
• Collaborating with the product and technology teams to brainstorm on large scale problems,
an building solutions for specific markets/use cases
• Setting up system/processes to continually deliver high-quantity data annotations efficiently,
working closely with the data annotation workforce to ensure that SLAs are delivered at a
high level of quality and on time.
